Review Process

 Below is a brief summary of the Monitored Communication Process:

Each communication will be reviewed for compliance with the Communication Guidelines.

During the first two weeks of your subscription, you are automatically enrolled in Communication Coaching. When enrolled in coaching, your communication will be reviewed by a coach to make sure it complies with the Communication Guidelines. If not, your communication will be returned to you as a draft with suggestions.

Following the initial two weeks of coaching, unless you select a coaching option, your communications will be reviewed under the normal review process.

The normal review process:

  • A new communication is submitted.

  • It is reviewed by the Review Team.

  • If the communication complies with the Guidelines it is forwarded without any changes.

  • If the communication does not comply with the Guidelines, but can be brought into compliance, it is Revised.

  • If the communication cannot be brought into compliance, it is Rejected and not forwarded.

The sender will receive an Email Notification with the Review Action (Accept, Revise or Reject), and the forwarded communication. At the same time for either Accepted or Revised communications, the other party receives an Email Notification with the forwarded communication.
